Rigid foams

Kitting options:

PH: Drilled holes, diameter 2 mm. Ensures pressure equalisation; therefore uniform resin flow on both sides of the foam panel.
VIC – Vacuum Infusion Cut: grooved on both sides, for vacuum infusion.
VIC-PH: with additional holes in the intersection points.
SC – Single Cut: slotted on one side down to a residual thickness of 5 mm. This improves flexibility transverse to the cutting direction.
SC double-sided: top side at 0°, back at 90°. This creates fine holes at the intersection of the grooves.
DC – Doucle Cut: cross-grooved on both sides, for greater mouldability.
CS – Contour Scrim: cubed foam with glass fabric lamination on one side. Ideal for inserting/gluing into spherically curved moulds (e.g. boat hulls).
