Who we are
Halarit Composites GmbH was created in 2022 through the merger of Lange+Ritter and HACOTECH. We have been the specialists for fibre composite applications for over 60 years. We supply customers in Germany, Poland, Austria and Switzerland from our two locations in Hamburg and Gerlingen. As a 100% subsidiary of the Gazechim Composites Group, we are part of the largest European network for fibre composites.
About the Gazechim Group:
The Gazechim Group is an independent, family-run French company organised into three business areas:
- Distribution of composite materials
- Packaging and distribution of refrigerants
- Packaging and distribution of liquefied gases
Founded in 1937, the Gazechim Group initially specialised in the bottling and distribution of liquefied gases. The company, based in Languedoc-Roussillon, supplied regional and national winegrowers with sulphur dioxide, which is needed to preserve wine.
In 1970, the Gazechim Group expanded internationally with the establishment of a distribution network for composite materials.
Today, the Gazechim Group is represented by forty subsidiaries in more than 20 countries.
